credit card information. We will only receive your shipping information which will be used to ship your
order. We will never sell or make available to any third party any of your personal information. We

Terms of Sale:
We do not intend, desire, or attempt to market to children. If you are a child and have gotten to this
site, DO NOT make any purchases without your parents permission and DO NOT leave your personal
information in any of the contact forms. All merchandise remains property of CTC Products until paid
for in full. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card, but if you prefer to mail your order, we
accept checks and money orders. For security reasons shipments for orders paid through check or
money order will be put on hold for 10 days to allow for the funds to clear. Sales conducted through
our online website allow payment by Credit Card or through the use of a PayPal account. All online
payments are processed by PayPal. You can use any credit card or your PayPal account to make
payment. PayPal is an independent payment processing company that is not affiliated with our

SafetyKitStore.com reserves the right to issue a full refund if an order can not be filled. Following are
some but not all possible reasons: Product is not or no longer available, the order was placed from an
area or country we do not or can not ship to, the order was placed incomplete with important
information missing such as shipping address or buyer name for example, the item ordered is not
available as ordered. However, prior to cancelling and refunding your order, we will attempt to contact
you to discuss the situation along with options that might exist to remedy any problems.
Order Cancellations:
Due to our short turn-around time on orders (we ship within one to two days in most cases except for
custom orders), we normally can not accept order cancellations. Once an order has been placed and
the merchandise has been shipped an order can no longer be cancelled. If you inform us of your
desire to cancel an order before the merchandise has been shipped, a 10% processing fee will be
charged to cover our expenses for the time spent on processing your initial order, your cancellation
request and issue a refund or store credit.
Wholesale:
We accept wholesale orders from companies and retailers. Pricing will be based on quantities
ordered. Open accounts are available with approved credit. Please contact us either by email or
phone for further details and conditions.
Shipping:
If all items needed to fill an order are in stock, orders that have been received and cleared payment
before 1PM Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders received on Saturdays and
Sundays or on holidays will ship the next business day. All shipments will be delivered to UPS or
USPS in the afternoon. Shipping will be at our discretion through UPS ground or US Postal Service.
Delivery times vary by service and distance and can range anywhere from 1 to 7 days. For details on
guaranteed delivery times, please visit www.ups.com and www.usps.com. Our shipping charges are
based on shipments within the continental US only. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other
countries will incur additional shipping charges. We reserve the right not to sell and/or ship to
selected countries. While we do our best to keep our warehouse well stocked with inventory, there is
the possibility that an item is out of stock. If that is the case, an email will be sent to you to inform you
of the estimated lead time for your order. Usually we are able to replenish our merchandise within 3
to 5 days.
Merchandise Country of Origin:
While we purchase our merchandise from US distributors, the country of origin for the products
purchased will vary.
Merchandise Warranty:
All merchandise sold by us is carefully selected and inspected prior to shipment. However, should
you receive an item that shows a defect then please do not return the entire order, but
contact us first so we may discuss options. Depending on the type of defect we might ask you to
return the item(s) to us for further evaluation. We will only warranty manufacturing and processing
defects. Misuse of the items and wear and tear are not covered by our 90 day product warranty.
Fabric Care Instructions:
Some items sold by SafetyKitStore.com are made of fabric either entirely or in part. Fabric colors and
quality can fade depending on use and exposure to heat, cold, sunlight and overall weather
conditions.
